Through the quote form we may collect the following categories of data:

• First name and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone / WhatsApp.
• Event date, type and location.
• Approximate number of guests.
• Service of interest (oyster, caviar or combined experience).
• Preferred language.
• Free-text details provided in the message.

When the user clicks send, the form prepares and opens a WhatsApp message. Actual sending is completed through WhatsApp / Meta, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Q9LBRXZ2L0) deployed through Google Tag Manager (GTM-K9KBK4ZM) only after the user grants consent to the analytics category. Google Consent Mode v2 is applied with default values set to “denied”, so analytics and marketing cookies do not fire until consent is given.

Data is processed to:

• Respond to enquiries and information requests.
• Prepare tailored proposals or quotes, as pre-contractual steps.
• Send communications requested by the user.
• Analyse use of the site when analytics consent is granted.
• Ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Pre-contractual measures requested by the user (enquiries, quotes); consent (optional cookies and analytics); compliance with legal duties; and, on a proportionate basis, the legitimate interest of the controller in the security and abuse prevention of the site.

Data may be processed by hosting / IT providers to the extent necessary. When the user chooses to continue through WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on the WhatsApp / Meta platform. Google Analytics may process navigation data after consent. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. No personal data is sold.

Some providers (such as Google or Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards they publish. Official information is available in the Google privacy policy and the Meta / WhatsApp privacy policy.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or prepare the proposal, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured and the provider's own periods. Consent choices are stored locally in the browser until the user changes or clears them.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect, by writing to info@theseventhoyster.com.

Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (https://www.aepd.es/).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data. The site is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data about them. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or significant effects.

This policy may be updated. Periodic review is recommended. Significant changes will be communicated through the site itself.
